Handmade & hand painted in small workshop in Andalusia, Southern Spain, by a family of artisans using traditional techniques of craftsmanship.
Vaisselle ceramics are made from local clay and decorated with lead free paints and natural pigments. They only produce small quantities, the kiln is on only if totally full, and all the pieces are dried in the sun. It’s a slow process but oh so worth it!
Due to the handmade process each piece may vary in their design or colour. Any marks, variations in the tones, shapes is what makes them beautiful - they’re all unique and unperfected in their own way!
It is advised that you wash your pieces by hand with soap and water, rinse them and allow to gently dry when you first receive them. They are then safe to use in the fridge or dishwasher.
