Charlie founded the Müll Club from her home in Brockley, South London during the 2020 pandemic. Müll is the German word for 'rubbish (and Charlie also loves the smiley face an umlaut ü provides). Charlie founded Müll with the mission to revolutionise the recycling industry in the UK one yoghurt pot at a time, by actively diverting plastic waste from landfill, incineration, or being sent overseas. Charlie and her team collect and recycle plastic waste collected directly from their local communities and transform it into practical, sustainable and beautiful homeware pieces.
