Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order number and order details. A separate email will be sent to confirm dispatch.

We deliver to the UK via Royal Mail First Class and are happy to ship globally on request. Please get in touch if you'd like your order shipped overseas and we can let you know cost and lead times.


Standard First Class UK 
  • Please select standard first class shipping option at checkout.
  • £4.99 (approx 1-2 working days)
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class the next working day, inc Saturday – but blossom & roar cannot guarantee this.
  • Delivery times are an approximate indication.
Blossom & Roar is just me; I aim to process and dispatch your orders as soon as possible - within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. If you have a special occasion deadline to meet, please contact me (kate@blossomandroar.co.uk) to let me know.
 
CLICK & COLLECT
We are based in the Haywards Heath area and are happy to offer a free click & collect service to those shopping locally. Please contact kate@blossomandroar.co.uk for further collection details.

PACKAGING
All of our packaging is recycled or recyclable. More delicate items are packed with corn starch packing chips that dissolve when run under water (my kids love it!) We use green biodegradable bubble wrap. We re-use all the boxes we receive and if you can too that would be wonderful! 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We obviously hope you love your order! but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do get in touch to discuss a possible exchange or return.
An exchange / return can only be offered within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in a new, perfect, unused and unworn condition and complete with all tags and original packaging. Used or items damaged by customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Due to hygiene reasons an exchange / return cannot be offered on earrings.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of postage, and please ensure you have appropriate insurance when returning valuable items. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Taxes incurred when returning shipped items from overseas, to be covered by the customer.

ANY GIFT VOUCHERS OR STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS
 

FAULTY PRODUCTS 
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it be faulty, please do contact kate@blossomandroar.co.uk immediately. Please include your name, address and order details in your email and a photo if possible.  We will offer a repair, exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
 
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please email kate@blossomandroar.co.uk as soon as possible to discuss. Orders that have already been dispatched would have to be returned at your cost.
 
LOST ORDER
Please be aware that if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot accept any liability and blossom and roar cannot be held responsible for its loss. We will try to work with you to resolve the issue.
 
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BY BLOSSOM & ROAR
I reserve the right to withdraw products from the blossom & roar website at any time and/or cancel an order. I reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction, suspend any transaction after processing has begun or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This may be due to stock levels, a problem processing a payment, or an error identified in the product information. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email and refund you if payment has been made. Please allow 3-5 working days for a refund to reach your account after receiving a confirmation email from us.
