Brighton based 1973 was founded by Emma & James in 2003 at their kitchen table- both of them were born in 1973, hence the name. They both love design and typography and have a keen eye that keeps them ahead of the trends. Sustainability is a core value for their business, they ensure that they use recycled or part recycled FSC paper and acid free inks. They work with local businesses for production to minimise the carbon footprint. All of their cards are cello free.
